i want to make a pesonalized picture frame and use scrabook embellishments on the matting under the glass. do you think this will work? or should i use them on the outside of the frame???? does anyone know where i can view examples or something similar???? I see things like this at the stores, and think “i can make this!” now i just need some examples! thanks
Yes, that is what i am looking to do. and / or make it look like a scrapbook page.
